Capability House, designed by London-based studio Dedraft, is a contemporary 450 sq m residence situated within the historic Aynhoe Park Estate. The design harmoniously blends modern architecture with the estate’s heritage, featuring a structure that appears to emerge from the earth, with a ground level anchored in Cotswolds stone, an upper body clad in black-stained Thermopine, and our clay plaster featured throughout its interior.
