This Cookie Policy explains how Clayworks Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on clay-works.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Your choices
We use CookieYes to present cookie choices and record your preferences. Essential technologies operate because they are needed to provide, secure or remember choices for the website. Optional technologies are used only in accordance with the preference you select.
When you first visit, you can accept optional cookies, reject them or choose categories. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful, but it should stop future optional use. You may also clear existing cookies through your browser.

Analytics and performance
These technologies help us understand how people arrive at and use the website, which pages are useful, whether errors occur and how the website performs. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags.
Advertising
We do not intentionally use advertising cookies unless they are listed and enabled in Cookie Preferences. If advertising or cross-service tracking is introduced, we will update the preference centre and this policy before or when it is activated, and request any required consent.
4. Services currently used

Examples that may appear in the preference centre include cookieyes-consent, _ga, _ga_*, Vimeo player identifiers and security identifiers. Provider names and lifetimes can change, so the preference centre—not this illustrative list—is the authoritative current cookie inventory.
5. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand broad patterns such as pages viewed, visit source, device type, approximate region and interactions. Analytics data may be processed by Google and transferred internationally. We use GA4 only in accordance with the choices presented through Cookie Preferences and our configured settings.
You can reject analytics in Cookie Preferences. Google also provides information and browser tools relating to Analytics at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Embedded video
Some pages use Vimeo-hosted video, including background or embedded video. A connection to Vimeo may reveal technical information such as your IP address and may allow Vimeo to store or access information on your device. Where consent is required, the video should remain blocked or replaced by a placeholder until the relevant category is enabled.
7. Forms and reCAPTCHA
Our Elementor forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the site from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA analyses technical and interaction information to assess whether a submission is genuine. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its operation. If you cannot use a protected form, contact us directly at [email protected].
8. Third-party websites
Links to external websites do not place those websites under our control. A third party may use its own cookies after you follow a link or enable its content. Please review its privacy and cookie information.
9. Browser controls and Global Privacy Control
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Browser controls operate separately from Cookie Preferences and may affect several websites. Instructions are normally available in the browser’s privacy or help settings.
Where our consent platform detects a recognised browser privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control, it may apply that signal according to its configuration and applicable law. You should still use Cookie Preferences to confirm your choice for this website.
