An Edwardian maisonette, designed for a young couple seeking a more peaceful city lifestyle, was reconfigured to optimize the space and create a seamless connection with the rear garden cloister. Sustainability was a central theme, with features such as wall heating and clay plaster incorporated to add warmth, texture, and tranquility to the interior while reducing energy consumption.
