Studio of Modé

Studio of Mode, founded in 2012 by multidimensional artist Modé Aderinokun, is a gallery deeply rooted in Yoruba culture and her Abeokuta and Lagos heritage. The terracotta walls evoke the warmth of Abeokuta, a city renowned for its monumental rocks, while the indigo room provides a striking contrast, transitioning visitors from earthy tones to a calming blue space. 

As Modé explains, “While you explore the space, you will encounter dynamic colors and materials that evoke the feeling of being in a space that is truly Nigerian.” This intentional blend of culture and artistry transports visitors into a uniquely expressive and reflective environment.
