Two Family House

Winner of the RIBA South West & Wessex Award 2025, Two-Family House by Rundell Associates is set into the cliffs of Mawgan Porth on the Cornish coast. The house was conceived as a gathering place to be shared by two families, along with extended families and friends. ⁠

Materials were chosen for their visual interest and ability to withstand harsh conditions, whilst internally a natural palette of timber, stone and our smooth clay plaster has been employed to create a warm, textured, and inviting environment.⁠
