MoreySmith, in partnership with Lazari Investments, has transformed 23 Savile Row into a contemporary commercial workspace, honouring the building’s heritage with a bold reinterpretation of Mayfair’s historic arcade fronts. The refurbishment elevates the building’s façade, reception lobby, atrium and workspace amenities. In collaboration with contemporary art consultancy ArtSource, MoreySmith created a refined, street-facing “shop-front” experience for the reception, aligning with the practice’s deep connection to the art world and linking back to the building’s arcade-life origins.

Clayworks smooth clay plaster enriches the building’s key social spaces, including the striking monochrome dining and bar areas. Its seamless, tactile finish supports the crafted, gallery-like interior language that defines the scheme, bringing warmth, softness and material coherence to these high-use communal zones.
